Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Tennis Theory Biomechanics & Analytics believes in helping its customers as far as possible,
and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Registration Agreement: As a parent/legal guardian to the participant and in consideration
of being allowed to participate in any way related events and activities, I agree and
understand the following:

- All deposits and fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- There are no guarantees to the number of games or amount of time the participant
will play.
- I understand that the chief goal of the event is for me and my child to have an
outstanding experience. If it does not deliver the Experience as outlined when I
registered, I will notify the Program Director of my issue/concern in writing as soon
as possible so that he/she may have the opportunity to satisfy me.
- I further understand that the organizer will not reserve a place for any child on a
schedule or team until full payment has been made.
- I will follow all rules, regulations, and bylaws set by the organizer, and their
respective assigns, licensees, and legal representatives.
- I have read this registration agreement and fully understand its terms. I also
understand that I have given up certain rights by signing it, as described above,
which I agree to do voluntarily.
- I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor named on the registration form. I
have the legal capacity to consent to and, by registering, I hereby do consent to the
terms and conditions of this Release and Waiver of Liability and Assumption of
Risk on behalf of my child or ward.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the
order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been
communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping
them.
- In Case of weather related issues, the services agreed upon purchase will be delivered at a
later date at the mutual consent of both the Buyer and us.
- The Tennis Theory Biomechanics & Analytics does not accept cancellation requests for
perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if
the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer
Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked
and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt
of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your
expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of
receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will
take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers,
please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the The Tennis Theory Biomechanics & Analytics,
it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international
courier companies and/or International speed post only.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies
and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date
agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier
Company / post office norms.
- The Tennis Theory Biomechanics & Analytics is not liable for any delay in delivery by the
courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to
the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and
payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services
will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in
utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk.
- Any decision we make to cancel a session due to heavy rain is based on the extent to which
courts are affected, and in the case of younger players if the rain is likely to be a significant
distraction or could result in a bad experience. Many sessions will still go ahead in the rain.
- If the weather forecast immediately prior to the session is poor, any decision by us to cancel
will be made as late as it is reasonably possible. As we appreciate customers are travelling
to the venue, we will endeavour to make a cancellation decision at least one hour prior to
commencement.
- In extreme weather warning conditions, strong winds or very high temperatures – and at
our senior management’s sole discretion – we reserve the right to cancel all bookings.
- Customers will be sent an email and/or text message once a decision to cancel has been
made.
- If we deem the courts unplayable, we will issue you automatically with a full credit on your
account and we will cancel your booking – you need do nothing more.
- For clarity, if an event runs for an hour or more of the designated time, the session is
considered to have taken place and no credit will be issued.
- If you are in any doubt about us cancelling your session due to poor weather, you should
call to check if play is deemed possible.
- Our overall intention is to enable as many sessions as possible to go ahead. Customers who
choose to be absent from a booked session for any reason and who fail to cancel their
booking will forfeit their right to a credit or refund – unless we cancel the session.
Insufficient Participation Numbers – Group Coaching
- In the unlikely event of insufficient numbers, we reserve the right to cancel sessions with
a minimum 2 days’ (48 hours) notice in advance.
- Customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or, where possible, will be offered the
choice of attending the same or similar activity at an alternative time or nearby venue.
Customer’s will be informed via email, a call or text message.
- For private coaching lessons you must cancel directly with the coach.
- Cancellation of private coaching lessons may incur a cancellation fee.
- If you cancel a group coaching activity and give us 7 days’ notice or more before the first
session is due to start, we will issue you with a refund.
- If you cancel a group coaching activity and give us less than 7 days’ notice but more than
3 days’ (72 hours) notice before the first session is due to start, we will issue a credit of
90% of the Total amount of your booking fee to your account. 10% will be cancellation
charges.
- Customer cancellations made with less than 3 days’ (72 hours or less) notice are non
refundable.
- Group coaching activities are non-transferable and cannot be resold to another participant.
- If you cannot attend a session of your group coaching activity, cancellations are non
refundable, and no credits will be issued, except under exceptional circumstances. (This
does not include; Holidays, work commitments etc.)
