The Tennis Theory

Biomechanics & Analytics
  • Transform your tools into weapons.

Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States and a Great Emancipator, once said,
"Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."

As a Tennis Professional, I second that. Players need to spend more time on the court to improve efficiency in their strokes there by improving their skill level. An ax is a strength multiplier. You can be the strongest lumberjack in the world, but with a dull axe, you are in trouble! Learning how to learn, improving before doing, all these things are strength multipliers. You can work hard, hustle, put in the hours, do the work, etc., but the magic happens when you aim to perfect your skills.

A Tennis Wisdom Coach for All Levels

The Basic Definition Of Tennis

Tennis is a Mental Game and a Physical Game together it’s a percentage game

Tennis is--Running---hitting---a target--with-score.

Look within and find a passion,
Look forward and find a path,
Let nothing and no one stand in your way.

What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail.
